1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Site.

• use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive purpose;
• upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or that you do not have the rights to;
• upload sexual, explicit, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material to the public gallery or community music — those areas are strictly appropriate for all audiences;
• attempt to break, probe, overload, or circumvent the Site’s security or rate limits, or scrape it at scale.

3. Content you submit

You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. The operator may moderate, refuse, or remove any submission at its discretion, with or without notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, branding, the GS / Glensonis marks, and original content are owned by the operator. AI-generated media is provided for viewing and enjoyment; do not reproduce or pass off reserved content as your own.

5. Tips & donations

Tips via Ko-fi, PayPal, or cryptocurrency are voluntary gifts, not purchases. They are generally non-refundable and do not entitle you to any goods, services, or returns. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — always confirm the correct address before sending.

6. Third-party services

Some features stream or link to third-party content (for example internet radio). The operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, streams, or services, or their availability or content.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and all content (including AI-generated media) are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any content on it.

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold the operator harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or content you submit.

10. Copyright & takedowns

If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact us with details identifying the material and your rights, and we will review and remove infringing content where appropriate.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
