This Privacy Policy explains what information glensonis.com (the “Site”), operated by the creator known as Glensonis, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this policy and to the Terms of Use.
1. Information collected
- Email address — when you verify to upload to the public gallery, used to send a one-time code, prevent abuse, and contact you about your submission.
- Content you submit — images (public gallery), audio (community music), and the titles, descriptions, and metadata you provide with them.
- Content moderation data — uploaded images are automatically scanned on your device to check for appropriateness before submission. No scan data is stored.
- Technical data — IP address and basic request information, used for security, abuse prevention, and per-address rate limiting.
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How information is used
To operate and display the Site, verify uploaders, moderate submitted content, prevent spam and abuse, confirm age for restricted areas, and respond to your requests. Submitted content you choose to publish is shown publicly on the Site.
3. Service providers & third parties
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare (Pages, R2 storage, and email routing). Some features connect to independent third-party services — for example internet-radio directories and streams, and open-source analysis libraries loaded from public CDNs — which are governed by their own privacy policies. Uploaded images are scanned for unsafe content using an open-source analyzer that runs in your browser.
4. Data retention
Content you submit remains available until you or the operator removes it. Verification and rate-limiting data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
5. Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or removal of content you submitted, by contacting us (see below). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data-protection laws.
6. Content standards
The Site is intended for a general audience. All submitted content must be appropriate for all audiences. Do not submit content on behalf of another person without their consent.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. International users
The Site is operated from the United Arab Emirates and may be accessed worldwide. Your information may be processed in other countries through the service providers listed above.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “last updated” date above.
